About Dried Figs

Fig is a fruit that grows on trees. The fig tree has been cultivated since ancient times and the trees are also used ornamental purposes. Fig trees grow in dry and sunny places, and it is native to the Aegean, Mediterranean and Middle East.

It has a place even in holy scripture with its meaty fruit and honey like flavour. It has managed to become one of the most loved fruits throughout human history and it is one of the most popular imported dried fruits of all time.
