Our Story
Clarke dried fruit, founded in 1946, is a medium-sized company operating in the dried fruit sector for over half a century.
Specializing in the processing of dried figs and fig paste, we supply our customers all around the world the safest and finest quality dried fruits with dedication to benefit them from our long years of experience in this field.
One of the largest processor of dried figs and fig based products in Turkey with 2000 tonnes of finished products per annum (all exported), we produce in “Clarke’s” branded consumer packs, as well as own-label packs for industrial manufacturers and retailers. Regarding food safety, all our supplies conform most of international and the entire of EU standards and regulations. In addition, on demand, we can adapt our production to our customers’ specifications.

Production Quality
Food safety is of paramount importance to customers.
As a company we have always been fully aware of this fact. At all stages of purchasing and production, a large sample of each batch is carefully examined by our experts according to our stringent specifications, all of which respect and regard internationally recognized food safety standards and regulations.
As for quality, the company has developed its experience, successful traditional practices and principles, into systematic quality generation cycles by effectively aligning them with such quality and food safety assurance systems as BRC.
Sourcing
As for sourcing raw materials, Clarke Dried Fruit has long established relationships with its contracted farmers and growers mostly from the Aydın province of Turkey, who have been carefully selected for their harvesting and drying methods and professional approach. This enables Clarke Dried Fruit, a continuous flow of dried fruit supply of the finest quality for every crop selected.
BRC Certification
We are producing under BRC (British Retailer Consortium Global) technical standards and renew every year with new versions applied.
As for quality, the company has developed its experience, successful traditional practices and principles, into systematic quality generation cycles by effectively aligning them with such quality and food safety assurance systems as BRC.
