Food Safety is of paramount importance to customers.

The basis of the company’s food safety system is a comprehensive and thoroughly implemented HACCP plan.

Clarke Dried Fruit has also been certified with the BRC Global Standard, which guarantees a rigorous quality and safety system with the objective of offering greater satisfaction to our clients.

More technically, at all stages of purchasing and production, our experts carefully examine a large sample of each batch according to our stringent specifications, in order to ensure highly reliable products that conform with quality norms set by the Global Food Safety Initiative.
