Seedless fig paste: The smooth, easy flowing and extra fine minced seedless fig paste, produced

from quality Izmir (Smyrna) figs, makes it an ideal product where small seed may be objectionable

i.e. biscuit production where fig paste is pumped through pipes in small diameters.

As from a commercial point of view, when compared to other fruit pastes, dried fig paste is

comparably low in cost whether considered as a single ingredient or to mix with other fruit paste

varieties.
