Established in 1946, Clarke Dried Fruit is based in Izmir as a family owned and run company. Half a century ago, it has began its operation in this city as a trader of dried figs. The company moved to its current premises in 1992, consisting of a 4000m2 production plant in Izmir and a 3000m2 warehouse in Aydin.

The company is dedicated to sourcing, processing and packing of quality dried figs and other dried fruits & vegetables, whist serving both retail and bulk markets under “Clarke’s” brand, as well as own-label.

Today, a highly expertise in the production of dried figs, the company supplies a broad range of customers globally, including confectionary manufacturers, grocery chains stores, dried fruit packer-distributors, as well as pharmaceutical industries.

The basis of the company’s food safety system is a comprehensive and thoroughly implemented HACCP plan. The BRC Global Standard accreditation also certifies that Clarke Dried Fruit fully complies with the exigent quality norms set by the Global Food Safety Initiative.

The majority of our exports are destined to Europe, hence, we have considerable knowledge over EU regulations regarding dried fruit imports to member countries as well as other non-member countries. However, we have also long been shipping to North & South American continents.

Clarke Dried Fruit has thrived by staying loyal to its principle of providing the very best dried figs, with commitment to produce without any artificial distortion.
